Everything you have experienced is stored in your body system. The body speaks and expresses more than words. The body does not lie.
We all have a common mother tongue called BODY.
So I recommend that you naturally include the body in your healing processes and strengthen the connection to your body (sacred temple). Emotions and tensions that have built up in the body over a long period of time can and may be released through mindful touch during the massage. Through the holistic touch, you experience a space of mindfulness, presence, relaxation and the ability to simply be in the here & now. In this safe space, you can completely surrender and unfold your pure essence. Far away from the pressure to perform and achieve.

Touch is a natural basic human need. And it has negative consequences if there is a lack of touch in a society and culture that tends to be disembodied, where the head with logic and reason is dominant. Corona has made us realise how important contact and physical contact is and that skin-to-skin contact cannot be replaced.
