In Chur/GR, Flims/GR and Mels/SG I rent out authorised spacious 2-room flats for sole use. The flats are in prime locations, discreet and private.

All have a parking space for your car and free parking for guests.

All flats are equipped with:

- coffee machine

Each flat has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room and laundry tower.
Sufficient towels, blankets, pillows, bed linen and cleaning materials are provided.

All flats are very comfortable and newly furnished.

In Mels and Chur there is also a separate SM room with gyno chair and St Andrew's cross.
A massage table is also available.

Women with dogs are very welcome.

Smoking is permitted on the terrace in Mels and Flims. The flat in Chur (without balcony) can only be used by non-smokers.

If required, I can take over the registration for women with a 90-day permit

Weekly rent: CHF 800.--

Arrival on Sunday from 12.00 noon / departure on Sunday until 12.00 noon
