All rooms with TV and WLAN, all necessary shopping facilities nearby.
You can rent the room on a monthly or weekly basis.

It would be important to me that you can communicate in German and have a valid permit or a Swiss passport. However, there is also the possibility of being registered as part of a 90-day permit.
